Olive tapenade, violets, honeysuckle, saddle, suede, ripe berry, red cherry, menthol.  Palate continues smooth, with gentle yet persistent floral, berry, cherry and mint.  Beautiful terroir shining through. Brachetto is typically made into a low-alcohol sweet wine (similar to Moscato) however Malabaila is one of the few producers making serious dry wine with this playful, fruity and floral grape. 100% Brachetto del Roero
